Marist College Transfer Scholarship
Each year Marist College awards merit-based scholarships to academically talented transfer students. The Marist College Transfer Scholarships are granted upon the recommendation of the Admissions Review Committee to transfer students who have excelled at the college(s) from which they are transferring. The scholarships are renewable annually, provided a recipient maintains a cumulative grade point average of 2.85 or better while studying on a full-time basis at Marist. Scholarships are awarded for the fall and spring terms only.
Financial aid cannot be transferred from one post-secondary institution to another during the academic year. In most cases you must reapply for aid. If you plan to transfer:
- Contact both the Marist Office of Student Financial Services and the Office of Student Financial Services at the institution you are currently attending for transfer policies.
- For the Federal Pell Grant, please change your school code to 002765 for Marist College on the FAFSA application.
- If you are receiving any Federal Direct Loans, you must cancel the loan with the school you are now attending and reapply at Marist.
