Building hours may be altered due to athletic events, college vacations, and special events.  Schedule changes will be posted in the areas affected with as much advance notice as possible.


The switchboard will be instructed to put all calls through to the various offices during the published hours. The published hours for the switchboard are 7:45 am to 11:00 pm Monday through Friday, and 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Saturday and Sunday. The Safety and Security Office will be on duty 24-hours a day. For emergencies during non-business hours call (845) 471-1822.

Each office has been granted the flexibility of determining its own hours within the context of a 37-1/2 hour, 5-day work week. All employees must make the necessary effort to ensure the integrity of the flexible summer schedule by reporting to work on time and completing a full day.
