Unplanned - Cisco Contact Center (Calling Admissions, Help Desk, and Student Financial Services)

Today is Monday, July 28, 2025. There is currently an issue with Cisco Contact Center, which handles phone calls (externally and internally) to Admissions, the Help Desk, and Student Financial Services. The vendor is aware of the issue and is working to resolve it. As a temporary work around, you can contact each office by email, Admissions@marist.edu, HelpDesk@marist.edu, or StudentFinancialServices@marist.edu. Additionally you may reach out to the Help Desk with a TeamDynamix ticket, teamdynamix.marist.edu.
