Literary Dessert Contest

Sigma Tau Delta (the English Honor Society) and the Literary Arts Society will co-host the second annual Literary Dessert Contest on Tuesday, March 12, from 7:30 - 9:00 p.m. in the Henry Hudson Room in Fontaine Hall. The contest involves
delicious treats that allude in some way to literature, e.g. "Lord of the Pies" or a Dante's Inferno Devil's Food Cake (last year's winner for taste!). Baked goods do not, however, have to be "punny" to be victorious. Prizes will be awarded for Taste; Appearance; and People's Choice. Dr. Judith Saunders will serve as Faculty Judge, Scott Mayr will be Student Judge, and a Culinary Institute student will provide an insider's perspective. Everyone is welcome!
