Dr. Pamela J. Harper is an Assistant Professor in the School of Management, Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY. She holds a Ph. D Business Strategy from the Lally School of Management and Technology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, New York. Prior to pursuing her PhD, she spent eleven years with General Electric in various management assignments in the U.S., Europe and Asia. She has also been employed by NCR Corporation, Eli Lilly and Company and Procter & Gamble. Dr. Harper’s experience includes both the for-profit and not-for-profit business sectors. She also serves as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Albany County Land Bank Corporation.
Her research has been pubished in such publicarions as Business & Society and R&D Managment.
She and her husband, Timothy Harper, Ph.D., have two children, Brianna and Timothy II.
