How has your involvement in the Marist music department shaped your college experience?
The music department has been the biggest part of my college career. I spend most of my time and energy invested in making the music department better and improving my own craft. I met my "forever friends" and my mentors in this department. I found joy and peace and a further in this place. It's been amazing.
What is the most important lesson you have learned during your college education?
There are so many lessons I have learned here at Marist. But I think the most important lesson I learned was how to be an effective leader. I was offered so many opportunities to lead people. I learned that I have to be intense yet kind, strong yet loving and leading but always supporting others.
What is your favorite time of the school year and why?
Springtime! My birthday and so many concerts!
