Why did you choose Marist?
I attended Marist College as an undergraduate and had a wonderful experience. I chose to continue my education at Marist because of this positive experience and the flexibility that my graduate program offers. I have been able to complete most of my course work online, which has been very beneficial. While I was enrolled in the graduate program, I was employed at Highland Central School District as a Special Education Teacher where I consistently used the knowledge and ideas gained from my courses to help me become a more successful teacher. I have increased my understanding of the New York State Teaching Standards as well as best practices. The Marist College professors stress the importance of utilizing technology in the classroom, which continues to be an essential aspect of learning for all students.
