Hudson Valley Scholarships

A limited number of scholarships are offered each year to students who live locally and attend Marist College. No more than one merit award will be awarded to each student.

  1. The award is given for four years of full-time undergraduate studies at Marist College. The award will automatically be renewed each year provided that the student has maintained the necessary 2.85 cumulative grade point average and full-time enrollment (see Marist College Presidential Scholarships section). The award is lost only for the term(s) during which the above two conditions do not exist, unless from Marist College. In the latter case, the award is voided even if the student returns to Marist at a later date. New students are given their initial term at Marist as a grace period to achieve the necessary cumulative grade point average.
  2. Hudson Valley Scholarships are based on academic merit and students must reside in Dutchess, Ulster, or Orange Counties.
  3. Payment of the award is made in two equal payments in the Fall and Spring, unless otherwise noted. The amount will be directly applied to the student's account.
