Elizabeth Young, MS, PA-C joins the Physician Assistant Department as a Visiting Clinical Assistant Professor. Elizabeth obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology and pre-medicine studies with summa cum laude honors from the Franciscan University of Steubenville, in Steubenville, OH, her Physician Assistant certificate form St. Anthony’s Catholic Medical Centers in Queens, NY, and recently, her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Education and Leadership from A. T. Still University in Mesa, AZ with a 4.0 GPA. Elizabeth has been on staff at Marist as an adjunct Instructor for the past year and brings her 16 years of clinical work experience as the Director of Physician Assistants in the field of Interventional Radiology to the program. Elizabeth lives in Salt Point, NY with her family and, with her husband, also actively volunteers her time as Chief Operations Officer of a non-profit organization serving thousands of teens in the Catholic Church.
