Unplanned - Issue with Duo

Today is Monday, May 13, 2024. There is currently an issue using Duo. When attempting to reach a Marist service, you will receive a message that says "Something went wrong. Please try again or contact your IT help desk." Duo is aware of the issue and is working to resolve the problem.
 

The primary maintenance window for all production services is 5:00am to 7:00am ET, 7 days a week.
