The Office of Human Resources exists to foster and maintain a productive, informed and satisfied workforce. We strive to provide our current, future and retired employees courteous, timely, accurate and dependable service consistent with the Marist ideal of excellence. We serve as a resource to the College Community providing such services as: recruiting, compensation, administration and communication of all benefits, record-keeping, performance management, training, labor relations and negotiations, employee relations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and the formulation and communication of employment policies and procedures.
