Dr. Carrizales joined the Marist faculty in 2006 after completing his doctoral work in technology and public administration at Rutgers University. He is constantly exploring how technology is a tool for public sector effectiveness both in the real world and in the classroom. Dr. Carrizales' current research area focuses on the role of cultural competency in the public sector.

Alexander Henderson

Dr. Henderson joined the Marist faculty after previously serving as a chief administrative officer, operational officer, director, and volunteer with several emergency services organizations. His research focuses on front-line policy implementation in public and nonprofit organizations, rules and discretionary decision-making, organizational behavior, and personnel management.

Anne Zahradnik

Dr. Zahradnik came to academia from a successful career in business-to-business and healthcare marketing and public relations. Her scholarly research is a continuation of her substantial practical experiences, focusing on critical areas of inquiry in non-profit program evaluation and rural healthcare business strategies.
