The Marist College Liberty Partnerships Program (LPP) provides comprehensive services to meet the academic, social, emotional, and career needs of at-risk students. The program strives to successfully transition 341 Poughkeepsie City School District students (grades 5-12) into graduates who are equipped to handle the rigors of college and the demands of the competitive workforce. Through its granter (the New York State Education Department), sponsoring the Institute of Higher Education (Marist College), school ties, community partnerships, and parental involvement, Marist College LPP delivers research-based programming to students.
