The Marist community’s involvement will be integral in shaping the Presidential Search Committee’s understanding of the qualities, characteristics, and skills the College should seek in its next president.  As the search process gets underway, the Committee and the team from Russell Reynolds will consult widely with Marist Trustees, faculty, students, staff, alumni, parents, and friends.  This broad consultation process will begin with a series of listening sessions that will help the Committee and search consultants gain an understanding of Marist’s unique culture and organizational context, as well as the challenges and opportunities the next president will face.  The listening sessions will also be critical to the Presidential Search Committee in its drafting of a position profile that will be used to recruit the College’s fifth president.
