What is this program?

To Make A Difference - Be The Difference - Learn To Lead At Marist

The Emerging Leaders Program is a popular and exciting, non-credit certificate program, which provides students with varied and unique opportunities to define, discover and develop their leadership style.

Networking with experts...Resume building...Cutting-edge conversations...Intellectual and culinary refreshment...New campus contacts...Enhanced community connection...Tools to help you set up and achieve your goals...and the potential to earn campus and/or national credentials. 

At the end of the academic year, all participants receive documentation for each workshop completed. In addition, we will recognize, through a special ceremony, those students who have completed **six or more** workshops during the academic year.

What is the attendance policy/registration process?

Registration for most workshops is limited to the first 50 respondents. Your attendance is expected at all workshops for which you are registered.  Please remember that if you cannot attend an event for which you have registered, it is your responsibility to notify us as soon as possible so another student on our waiting list can fill your spot.  

What does it cost?

Nothing, just your time and a speedy response.
