If it weren’t for the excellent Career Services Office at Marist College and the wonderful professors and mentors I have had throughout my time as an undergraduate, I would not be where I am today.

Looking back on my time at Marist, the support I received from professors, the Career Center, SGA advisors, and friends has been exceptional. These are professionals/mentors who genuinely care about your well-being.

Roda A. Mohamed

Marist’s staff and faculty’s dedication and investment in my growth and learning were instrumental in helping me find a job I love and grow the confidence required to navigate the corporate world for the first time. Through continuous emails about opportunities, networking events, resume workshops, etc., I was able to explore a myriad of career paths and understand what aligned with my interests.

Genesis Batista Lopez

Compliance Risk Consultant, KPMG

My professors at Marist stressed soft skills just as much as technical skills and made the effort to build teacher-student relationships that extend beyond class sessions and semesters. With the help of my professors, my technical skills and networking put my foot in the door for many opportunities.

Nicholas Mays

Associate Consultant, Microsoft

When the time came to think about my future, Career Services was instrumental in helping me throughout the job searching and interview process. They were my cheerleaders and incredibly supportive in making me feel as though the sky was the limit.

Now Open: Career Services' New Facility

The Dyson Center underwent an expansion and enhancement that doubled its footprint and is now the new home to the Center for Career Services. The new Dyson Center introduced state-of-the-art resources and innovative academic spaces that further promote experiential, hands-on learning to the Marist community. The Center for Career Services is now an inviting, interactive space that is centrally located near the Saxbys café, making it the perfect collaborative hub for networking, mentorship experiences, panel events, career fairs, and more.

The Dyson Center expansion and enhancement includes greater space and resources for the Center for Career Services—an office that impacts all Marist students throughout their time at the College. The new home of the Center for Career Services will be an inviting and interactive space for students and, conveniently located near the new café, it will have high visibility to visitors and the campus community.
