Common App Transfer Guarantee Program
In partnership with the Common Application, students are welcome to apply to transfer to Marist through a transfer guaranteed admission program.
Marist's Guaranteed Admission Policy
High achieving transfer students with a cumulative GPA of 2.85 GPA or higher, with at least 15 credits or more, will be considered as a part of the Common App Common Transfer Guarantee Pilot Program. Please note, students are still required to fill out the Common Transfer Application and submit the necessary supplemental materials in order to receive their official admission decision to the College.
*Please note, a portfolio is required for the Fashion Design and Studio Art (BFA) programs only, and this can be submitted through Slideroom Submission for review by the faculty.

Preferred Transfer Application Deadlines
While the below application deadlines are preferred, we review transfer applications on a rolling basis. After the deadline, financial aid is still available for those who still wish to apply.
Fall Semester: July 1
Spring Semester: December 1
What You Need to Apply
- Application: To utilize the transfer guaranteed admission program, apply through the Common Application.
- Final high school transcript
- College transcripts and current course schedule
- One Letter of Recommendation
- Personal essay
- SAT/ACT scores: Marist is a test-optional school, but you can still submit your scores for consideration
- Any supplemental materials: Check if your desired program requires application supplements
- $50 application fee or fee waiver
