Information Technology (IT) performs regular routine maintenance to improve the technology infrastructure on campus. One such maintenance had successfully occurred on Wednesday, August 18 between 5:00 - 5:30 am. The goal of this maintenance was to update the network to be more resilient and to work around most failures in the network, both on campus and off-campus. Unfortunately, this update required a minor change that had disrupted network traffic, including iLearn and others, for a very small window. The update was planned to start at 5:00 am, and all services should be back to normal by 5:30 am. IT plans to test the systems during the week of August 23, to validate that the network is working as designed. Details will be sent out once the test is scheduled.
