The problem reported by Microsoft earlier today with web apps has been resolved. (Today is Thursday, April 20, 2023. Some users may be intermittently unable to view or access web apps in Microsoft 365. Microsoft is currently working to remediate the issue. in the meantime, you can use these direct links to get into applications: outlook.office.com (Outlook/Email), microsoft365.com/launch/word (Word Online), or microsoft365.com/launch/excel (Excel Online).)
