Dr. James Melitski

Professor of Public Administration

Bio

James Melitski is a Professor in the Department of Public and Nonprofit Administration at Marist’s School of Management.  Dr. Melitski’s teaching and research interests include organizational theory and behavior, performance measurement, nonprofit management, public strategic management, and digital government.  His research assesses the use of technology to engage citizens, implement successful programs, and improve the performance of public organizations.  Since 2003, he has taught public affairs and administration in Marist’s MPA program.
