MaristAlerts Committee

The committee has been administered by the Internal Operating Group (IOG), and is overseen by the Executive Vice President. The committee is charged with the implementation and operational functions of the MaristAlerts notification system. This includes data maintenance, testing, message content and policies.

• Office of Safety and Security: Director and Assistant Directors
• Office of Student Affairs: Vice President
• Office of Information Technology: Vice President and Director of Special Projects, Telecommunications and Networking
• Office of Human Resources: Human Resources Generalist
• Office of Academic Affairs: Registrar or Appointee

Administrative Authorized Users

In the case of an emergency only the authorized users below are able to send an alert to the community:

• Office of Safety and Security: Director and Assistant Directors
• Office of Academic Affairs: Vice President, Dean of Faculty
• Office of Student Affairs: Vice President
