Spring 2021 Testing Requirements for Commuter Students, February 18, 2021
As we continue to plan for the first day of in-person classes on March 1, we are writing to provide you with a reminder of mandatory pre-arrival requirements for the Spring semester.
Below is a checklist of items you must complete as soon as possible. Visit marist.edu/reopen/checklist for additional details on the items listed below:
- Step 1: Upload PDF documentation of your negative pre-arrival to quarantine non-rapid PCR test result to Medicat: marist.medicatconnect.com. Other documentation will only be accepted if it includes your full name, date of birth, and official lab results. If you have not already done so, upload this documentation by Friday, February 19th. This is MANDATORY and must be completed or you will lose iLearn access on March 1.
- Step 2: Upload documentation of your flu vaccine to Medicat: marist.medicatconnect.com.
- Step 3: Confirm cell phone number and off-campus address (if applicable) in Banner self-service.
- Students will be assigned an arrival testing slot during the week of March 1 by the surveillance testing team. Details will follow as we get closer to the start of the semester.
In order to protect the health and safety of the entire Marist community, there will be no exceptions to Marist's testing policy including pre-arrival and day 8 testing. Thank you for your continued efforts to #ProtectThePack. Here's to a great semester!
Sincerely,
Office of Student Affairs
PLEASE NOTE: This message does not to apply students completing the coursework fully virtually or full-time Marist employees. All full-time employees who are also students must follow the employee return to the workplace policies and procedures, available online at my.marist.edu/human-resources.
