Molly Reddish
Assistant Dean and Lecturer of Fashion
Bio
Molly is a native of Michigan and a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Merchandising Management. She also holds an MBA from Grace College. Molly joined the School of Communication and the Arts in 2018 as Assistant Dean and Lecturer of Fashion.
Molly moved to Poughkeepsie from Indiana, where she spent time at Britton Marketing Group serving as Senior Vice President for Client Strategy and Brand Development and teaching Retail Planning and Buying at Michigan State University.
Prior to that, she worked for Matilda Jane Clothing and Vera Bradley in product development and sourcing. While working for Vera Bradley, Molly taught Fashion Innovation and Marketing and Fashion Accessories as a member of the adjunct staff at Indiana Tech.
Previously, Molly worked in Brand Licensing for John Deere and served as a Global Planning/Sourcing Manager for Target. From 2000 to 2002, she spent time in Jakarta, Indonesia, in the garment division of P.T. Texmaco, where her duties as General Manager included creating a garment division for the large textile mill.
Earlier in her career, Molly was employed by Nike as a Senior Sourcing Manager, and her first time living in New York included working for Macys/Federated Product Development in product management for both men’s sport shirts and footwear.
