Christina A. Vertullo

Distinguished Lecturer

Bio

Since 1965 I have been a mathematics teacher, first as in an area high school and later in the local community college. Since 1985 I have been employed at Marist College as a teacher of mathematics. I teach the first two years of the mathematics courses. In addition, I am interested in teacher preparation and I teach the methods course to mathematics majors in the Teacher Education Program. I have a personal interest in mental health issues in our community. An outgrowth of this interest includes facilitating a support group, organizing an annual conference at Marist College and being a member of the Board of Directors of the national Obsessive Compulsive Foundation. My hobbies include gardening, traveling and being a grandmother.
