Mail & Package Solutions Center
The mission of the Marist University Mail & Package Solutions Center is to provide the community with efficient processing and distribution of its mail and packages.
The Marist Mail & Package Solutions Center is not a contract station operated by the U.S Postal Service, but we must follow many of the regulations of the U.S. Postal Service when processing our mail.

- The MSC number is an individual number assigned to students that live on-campus to ensure mail and packages are properly assigned to the intended recipient.
- If an MSC number cannot be listed or you have not yet been assigned one, please make sure the address includes the students' first and last name.
Receiving Mail & Packages
When the following items are sent to a student:
- USPS, UPS, Fedex, Amazon, DHL, and LaserShip
An email will be sent to the student’s Marist email address. Once the email notification is received, the student can pick up their mail and/or packages at our service counter. A valid Marist ID is REQUIRED to pick up any mail and/or packages.
Mailing of Letters and Packages
- Shipping supplies are available for purchase at our service counter. Supplies include stamps, boxes, letter envelopes, and padded envelopes.
- We also offer an array of licensed USPS boxes and envelopes.
Delivery & Pick Up for Administrative Offices

When preparing outgoing mail and/or packages, please specify which carrier and services you would like to. Please separate any mail that is international. All deliveries around campus commence between 11AM-1PM.

Faculty and staff are not permitted to order personal packages to Marist University.
DoorDash
All NON-FOOD Doordash packages are to be delivered to the Marist Mail & Package Center. If you are delivering or ordering food through Doordash, that is to be brought directly to the students.
Amazon Lockers
Marist University has Amazon Lockers that can be accessed 24/7. One is located at Ward Hall, and the other is located at Marketplace. When ordering an Amazon package to a locker, select ‘Find a pickup location’ at check-out and choose one of the lockers provided that will be associated with Marist University.
