2025 CLS Annual Meeting & Picnic Registration Form

Annual Meeting & Picnic registration opens: Mon. May 5th at 8:00 AM
The registration portal closes: Sun. May 25th at 4:30 PM
If you cannot attend either event, there is no need to complete this form.
Members can sign up to attend the Annual Meeting, the Picnic or both. While it is not mandatory to attend the meeting, your presence is important as is your vote for the 2025/2026 Council slate being presented.

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED for the Annual Meeting (125 max.)
PRE-REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT is required for the Picnic (125 max.)

Event Registration

The 2025 CLS Annual Meeting
Select Event 1 - Annual Meeting - $0 from the dropdown menu.
The meeting is scheduled to start promptly at 10:00AM. Our keynote speaker will be Marist University Provost & Dean of Faculty, Dr. Catherine Kodat.

The Picnic
Select Event 2 - CLS Annual Picnic - $15 from the dropdown menu.
The Picnic will be a variety of sandwiches, salads, and beverages. The Picnic will begin immediately after the Annual Meeting.

Payment for the Picnic is due by Sun. May 25th - No Exceptions!
No refunds will be given for cancellations or no shows.

Note: We cannot accommodate requests for food substitutions/omissions, nor can we accommodate any special dietary restrictions.

Bring A Dessert Sign-Up

Are you planning to attend the Picnic after the Annual Meeting? The Special Events Committee is asking members to contribute to the dessert buffet. To make sure we have plenty of sweets to go around, we are asking each member to bring at least 2 dozen (24 pieces) of their selected dessert item(s).
