Microsoft Forms is a web-based survey and assessment tool available through Microsoft 365 that allows Marist faculty, staff, and students to quickly create surveys, quizzes, and questionnaires. Designed for ease of use, Microsoft Forms automatically collects responses and presents results through real-time charts and summaries, making it simple to review data without advanced technical skills. 

Recent updates to Microsoft Forms have enhanced collaboration, accessibility, and data management. Users can now more easily share forms, adjust response settings, and collaborate with others during form creation. Improved accessibility features help ensure surveys and assessments are usable by a wider range of participants. In addition, responses can be exported directly to Excel for deeper analysis, supporting data-driven decision-making. 

These updates make Microsoft Forms a valuable tool for classroom assessments, event feedback, research surveys, and administrative workflows across the Marist community.
