Zoom Workplace is the latest evolution of the Zoom application, expanding well beyond video calls to serve as a single hub for academic communication and collaboration. The platform brings together meetings, team chat, file sharing, whiteboards, and recordings into one organized space, reducing the need to switch between multiple tools throughout the day. Whether joining a live class session, meeting with a project group, or catching up on a recorded lecture, Zoom Workplace is designed to keep students, faculty, and staff connected in a way that feels straightforward and consistent across devices. 

The platform is accessible through a desktop application, a mobile app, and directly through a web browser, making it flexible enough to fit into any workflow regardless of where you are working from. Zoom Workplace also integrates with other tools already in use at Marist, including Brightspace, so scheduling and joining meetings can happen without leaving the platforms you already rely on. Zoom Workplace is built to support the different ways members of the Marist community work and learn, keeping everything in one place so that both academic and day to day tasks are a little easier to manage.
