Diane Hart, '08M
Associate Vice President, Special Projects and Innovation
Bio
A member of the administration since 2014, Diane Hart was named Associate Vice President of Special Projects and Innovation in May 2024. In this capacity, she engages the Marist community to launch new programs and initiatives including strategic partnerships, technological advances, innovation grants, and new revenue opportunities, among others. Formerly Associate Vice President of Operations, she served as an advisor to the Executive Vice President for nearly a decade and engaged in a broad range of strategic and operational management activities across divisions including the creation of the Office of College Events, oversight of Commencement, and the launch the Smart Scholars Early College High School grant program in partnership with Newburgh Free Academy. Diane continues to serve as an active member of key cross-divisional committees including the President’s Cabinet, Policy Committee, and Commencement Committee.
Before Marist, she served as the Vice President of Community Impact for the United Way of the Dutchess-Orange Region and Director of Business Development for the American Red Cross in Greater New York.
