A member of the administration since 2014, Diane Hart was named Associate Vice President of Operations in 2022. Serving as an advisor to the Executive Vice President, Diane is engaged in a broad range of strategic and operational management activities across divisions with direct oversight of College Events and Commencement. Diane has played a leading role in securing government funding for capital development; cultivating community partnerships, including the Smart Scholars Early College High School grant program in partnership with Newburgh Free Academy, and serves as an active member of key cross-divisional operational committees including the President’s Cabinet, Policy Committee, Housing Enrollment Committee, and Editorial Board. 

Her background includes leadership roles in the nonprofit sector, as the Vice President of Community Impact for the United Way of the Dutchess-Orange Region and Director of Business Development for the American Red Cross in Greater New York.
