What were you involved with on campus as a student?
Tarver Intern, Student Government Association (Vice President of DEI), Black Student Union (President & Vice President)
Favorite spot on campus:
The Cabaret “back in the day.”
Favorite Marist tradition:
The Cultural Dinner Dance! This is such a fun time to get dressed up with friends, experience the variety of code on campus, and eat tasty food!
Favorite Marist memory:
Not a single memory, but each moment I met my current best friends (three) at Marist were amazing!
Best advice for the college search:
Pick 3 important things such as location, program, and climate; then use these to guide your search and decision-making process. Thank me later.
Why did you choose Marist?
Studying abroad was one of my top 3 important factors in choosing a university. Once I learned about the First-Year Florence Experience, I instantly knew this was the school for me!
What makes Marist special to you?
At my core, I’m a nerd that loves all things academia. Marist provided the perfect environment for me to explore all my interests from leadership, studying abroad, to even conducting my own independent study. Experiences that have helped me shape the life I’m living now.
