The Judicial Branch is composed of the appointed Chief Justice and four Associate Justices who handle cases concerning equity and equality of all SGA business and club affairs. The Judicial Board reserves the right to review legislation passed by the Assembly and is also responsible for adjudicating appeals made regarding Student Government Association decisions.
