The Marist Help Desk serves as the central point of contact for students, faculty, and staff with the Information Technology Department. The Help Desk staff will assist with your questions, requests, and suggestions, or direct them to the appropriate team for resolution, while keeping you updated on the status of your inquiry.

Saturday & Sunday: 10:00am to 2:00pm ET

Summer Intersession

Monday -  Thursday: 7:30am to 4:30pm ET
Friday: 7:30am to 4:00pm ET
Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Winter Intersession

Monday -  Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm ET
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
