Need information about resetting your Marist Account password?

Thank you for visiting the Marist College Help Desk Webpage.  In order to receive your Marist account information or reset your password, you can choose one of the following options below and by following the instructions according to the option you choose:


1. Video call with Help Desk Staff

(at the present time, due to the COVID-19 closures, this option replaces the in-person option)


Please send an email to with the following information:

  • Email Address to send the invite to
  • A day and time that is best to contact you

Once we receive your information via email, you will receive a video call invite using the contact information that you have provided.


At the time of the video call, you must have access to a webcam. In addition to the webcam, you must also show your valid (not expired) government issued id or current Marist ID card.


2.  Email or Fax your information to the Help Desk


The following documentation must be sent to the Help Desk in order for your information to be validated. Please make sure that all required information is in one image as shown below and your Physical ID is present in the image as well. Should we receive incomplete documentation, we will have to request that you send all required information to the Help Desk again.


  • Valid Government Issued Photo ID

Acceptable IDs are any Government-issued picture ID that contains a signature, such as Driver License, Passport, Military IDs with a signature. You may also use a current Marist picture ID card.  Please make sure the ID is not expired or contains your social security number.

  • Hand Written ID number
  • Printed Name
  • Hand-Written Signature in addition to your ID
  • Contact Number
  • A day and time that is best to contact you

Once we receive your information via email or fax, we will contact you using the contact information that you have provided. We will not be able to leave any account information on voicemail or with someone other than yourself.

Please note that this process will have to be repeated every time you need assistance from the Help Desk regarding your Marist Account.
