Mail & Package Solutions Center
The mission of the Marist University Mail & Package Solutions Center is to provide the community with efficient processing and distribution of its mail and packages.
The Marist Mail & Package Solutions Center is not a contract station operated by the U.S Postal Service, but we must follow many of the regulations of the U.S. Postal Service when processing our mail.

We are located on the Second floor of the Student Center. Go to the Champagnat breezeway and take the stairs or elevator to the second floor.

*The MSC number is an individual 5-digit number assigned to students that live on-campus to ensure mail and packages are delivered correctly. If an MSC number is not available, please make sure the address contains the student’s First name and Last name.
Receiving Mail & Packages
When the following items are sent to a student:
- Overnight Packages (Fedex Express, USPS Express, UPS Air)
- USPS, UPS, Fedex, Amazon, LaserShip and DHL packages
- USPS letters, postcards and certified mail
An email notification will be sent to the student’s Marist email address. Upon receiving an email notification, the student can pick up their mail and packages at our service counter located on the second floor of the Murray Student Center. A valid Marist ID is REQUIRED to pick up any mail or packages.
Mailing of Letters and Packages
We offer an array of shipping supplies at our service counter such as stamps, boxes, letter envelopes and padded envelopes. We also provide outgoing mailing services using USPS and UPS. We only accept cash or Marist Money for the payment of these services.
Delivery & Pick Up for Administrative Offices
Package and Mail delivery / pick up is conducted starting at 1:00PM. Please follow these requirements when preparing your outgoing mail for pick up.
- Separate on-campus mail from outgoing mail
- Separate mail with stamps and mail that requires no postage
- Separate mail with special services (ex. certified, Overnight, etc.)
- Outgoing mail should have a return address with your department name
You are required to call the Marist Mail & Package Solutions Center(ext. 2131) and request the proper containers for any large mailings. We will not accept any mailings in boxes, bags etc.

DoorDash
All NON-FOOD Doordash packages are to be delivered to the Marist Mail & Package Center. If you are delivering or ordering food through Doordash, that is to be brought directly to the students.
Amazon Lockers
Marist University has Amazon Lockers that can be accessed 24/7. One is located at Ward Hall, and the other is located at Marketplace. When ordering an Amazon package to a locker, select ‘Find a pickup location’ at check-out and choose one of the lockers provided that will be associated with Marist University.
