Duo Device Requirements

In order to ensure your connection to Marist services continues, you must ensure that both your Duo app and any devices you have set up to use Duo are kept up-to-date.

Your Duo app must be at version 4.85.x or higher.

(A quick note about Duo version numbers. They are read in separate parts rather than a single decimal number. For example, version 4.107 means version 4, build 107 which is higher than version 4.85, or version 4 build 85.)

How do you check your Duo app version?

  1. Open the Duo Mobile app.
  2. Tap the three lines in the top left corner.
  3. Look at the bottom of the menu to see your version number.

Duo will no longer work on the following devices and operating systems:

  • Android 10 or earlier
  • iOS 15 or earlier
  • Blackberry OS
  • Windows Phone

If your device is no longer supported by Duo Mobile, you can

  • Upgrade your device to one that supports a current OS (Android 16 and iOS 26 are the latest versions).
  • Use another phone or tablet with a supported operating system.
  • Purchase a hardware token from the Marist Computer Store.

Saturday & Sunday: 10:00am to 2:00pm ET

Summer Intersession

Monday -  Thursday: 7:30am to 4:30pm ET
Friday: 7:30am to 4:00pm ET
Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Winter Intersession

Monday -  Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm ET
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
