Duo Universal Prompt

Marist uses Duo's Universal Prompt when connecting to Marist services from off campus.

When you are attempting to reach a Marist service, like myMail, Brightspace, or myMarist, you will see a "Check for a Duo Push" screen that shows which primary device you have set up in Duo. Check the device for the Duo notification. If you want to choose another device for Duo authentication, you can select other options.

Then enter the 3-digit code provided by Duo at your selected device and you will successfully be able to connect with the Marist site you are trying to use.
