Marist Undergraduate Law Review
A student-led legal journal publishing undergraduate scholarship.
The Marist Undergraduate Law Review is an annual, student-run academic journal within the School of Liberal Arts dedicated to fostering rigorous, interdisciplinary dialogue on the legal, political, and ethical issues shaping our world. Guided by Marist University’s commitment to experiential and student-centered learning, the Review empowers undergraduates to engage critically with the evolving role of law in society.
Through thoughtful scholarship and diverse perspectives, we seek not definitive answers, but meaningful conversation, fostering analytical insight, civic awareness, and a deeper understanding of justice in an increasingly complex and interconnected world.
