Carol has a BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University. She began her career working in the public accounting field and earned her CPA license. She eventually left public accounting to join IBM and held various positions in the accounting and financial planning departments. At IBM, she earned several awards, including the IBM Means Service Award. After taking several years off to raise her children, she is now a financial consultant for the Orange County Land Trust. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She teaches financial, managerial, intermediate, and cost accounting.
