Heather Hallenbeck
Executive in Residence; Director of Experiential Learning
Bio
Heather brings a comprehensive blend of strategic acumen and real world corporate expertise to her dual role as Executive in Residence and Director of Experiential Learning. Heather is a transformative executive with a diverse global 30-year journey in high-tech and consumer electronics with leadership roles at Kodak, Bose, and Genesys. Her career is marked by a series of strategic initiatives that have not only launched disruptive new product categories but have also established new businesses, showcasing her capacity to navigate and lead in evolving markets.
Throughout her multifaceted business career, Heather has held leadership roles spanning the corporate value chain, from Sales and Supply Chain Management to Product Development, Marketing, and Strategy, enabling her to drive change for business success.
Heather joins the School of Management faculty to bring hands-on learning experience to our Introduction to Management & Business curriculum and to lead new student-run businesses. In addition to her roles at Marist College, Heather is senior faculty at the Academy of Competitive Intelligence.
