Janine Daughtry
Professional Lecturer
Bio
Janine Simon Daughtry is an accomplished board director and executive with more than 20 years of experience in enterprise strategy, digital transformation, and AI-driven innovation. She serves on the board of Hudson Valley Credit Union, an $8 billion institution, where she chairs the Finance Committee and serves as Treasurer.
Most recently, Janine was Vice President of Strategy and Operations at Gartner, where she led global transformation across a $6.5 billion business and evaluated the company's AI strategy. Alongside her executive work, she has served as a Guest Lecturer in the Columbia University and NYU graduate programs (2021-2025), teaching strategy, organizational management, and marketing, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at the University of Michigan (Flint).
Earlier in her career, Janine held senior leadership roles at Conduent and Xerox, playing a key role in the $8 billion Conduent spinoff before leading strategy for Xerox's $10 billion global services division. She has also held strategic roles at Checkpoint Systems, New York Life, and IBM. Janine began her career as a consultant at Kearney, and has since returned to the firm as a member of Kearney PerLab’s Executive Leadership Council, helping guide its strategic direction.
Janine is President of the Board at Lifting Up Westchester, a nonprofit addressing housing and food insecurity, and a Sustaining Member of the President's Council of Cornell Women.
