Katie Mencke

Professional Lecturer of Operations

Bio

Katie spent her pre-academic career at the intersection of technology and business strategy, advising clients on capital strategy, operations efficiency, expansion planning, and technological transformation.  She is particularly concerned with the topic of sustainable packaging and how we can prevent waste or best reuse and recycle the materials we encounter in our everyday lives. Having led international consulting teams of engineers and management consultants, she is particularly skilled at communicating, coaching, storytelling, and moderating.
