Dr. Yuwei Wang
Associate Professor of Finance
Bio
Dr. Yuwei Wang is an associate professor of finance in the School of Management of Marist University.
Professor Wang’s research focuses on corporate finance, corporate governance, corporate performance evaluation, directors’ and officers’ liability insurance, and international finance. He has published scholarly articles in many prestigious academic journals. He has taught at both undergraduate and graduate levels at Marist. Prior to joining Marist. He taught Principles of Finance and International Finance at University of South Florida.
Professor Wang holds a BA and an MA in economics from State University of New York at Buffalo, and a PhD in finance from University of South Florida.
