Isolation and Quarantine Measures
Should a Marist student, staff, or faculty member be tested positive for COVID-19, we will do everything to protect from potential spread. In accordance with guidelines from the CDC and New York State, we will require a mandatory quarantine and contact tracing to inform other community members who may have been in contact with a compromised individual. These measures will ensure that everyone is properly protected and every measure is taken to accommodate for a potential spread.
- Isolation policy: Students, faculty, or staff who test positive for COVID-19 will be required to isolate at home.
- Quarantine policy: Students, faculty, or staff who are determined to be close contacts of individuals who test
positive for COVID-19 will be required to quarantine at home.
- Limited campus accommodations: Under limited circumstances, the College will provide accommodations for students who are unable to return home due to travel restrictions or other health restrictions.
