Clinical Coordinator/ Clinical Assistant Professor
Elizabeth Young, MS, PA-C has joined the Physician Assistant Department as a Clinical Coordinator and Clinical Assistant Professor. She entered Marist College as an adjunct clinical instructor from September 2016 and accepted the full-time Visiting Professor Position in September 2017. Elizabeth obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology and pre-medicine studies with summa cum laude honors from the Franciscan University of Steubenville in Steubenville, OH, her Physician Assistant certificate form St. Anthony’s Catholic Medical Centers in Queens, NY, and recently, her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Education and Leadership from A. T. Still University in Mesa, AZ with a 4.0 GPA in June of 2017. Elizabeth has brings her 16 years of clinical work experience as the Director of Physician Assistants in the field of Interventional Radiology to the program. Elizabeth lives in Salt Point, NY with her family and, with her husband, also actively volunteers her time as Chief Operations Officer of a non-profit organization serving thousands of teens in the Catholic Church.
