Dr. James G. Rauh
Clinical Associate Professor/Director of the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program
Bio
Dr. Rauh is the Program Director and a Clinical Associate Professor in the Marist Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. Jim is a licensed Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer. He is a Board Certified Specialist in the area of Sports Physical Therapy. Jim served on the faculty at The Sage Colleges and RMU Physical Therapy programs. In addition he has served on the NYS Board of Physical Therapy and currently remains active as a Judiciary Board member. Just Prior to joining Marist he most recently served as a Hospital Administrator. Dr. Rauh received his B.S. in Physical Education/Athletic Training from Springfield College and his M.A. also in Athletic Training from Indiana State University. His Physical Therapy certificate is from Hunter College. Dr. Rauh earned a DSc in Orthopedic Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University. Jim’s clinical and administrative expertise forages his research interests dealing with Health Informatics in healthcare and the practice of physical therapy.
He is a certified and licensed Physical Therapist, NY, CA, TX, Board Certified Sports Clinical Specialist, ABPTS, APTA, and a Certified Athletic Trainer, NATA
