Brightspace by D2L is Marist’s learning management system and is a central hub for course materials, assignments, grades, and communication. Faculty can create and organize content, manage assessments, and track student progress, while students can access resources, submit work, and participate in discussions, all through an easy-to-use web and mobile interface. Brightspace supports flexible learning and ensures consistent experience across courses.  

Students can download the Brightspace Pulse iOS or Android app to get real-time notifications on their mobile device about course updates, grade postings, and feedback submissions. 

Brightspace by D2L features WCAG-aligned accessibility features across its application, with tutorial videos demonstrating how to ensure course materials are accessible for all learners and educators. Accessibility tools built into Brightspace by D2L ensure a secure, inclusive, and user-friendly experience for all Brightspace users.
