Red Foxes Excited about Spring Semester
January 22, 2024 — The Red Foxes are back and ready for action! Students, faculty, and staff have emerged from their well-deserved hibernation over winter break and are ready to rock the spring semester!
We asked the Marist community what excites them about the new spring semester and here’s what they shared.
"What I am looking forward to most this semester is meeting new people, enjoying my last semester here, and doing as much as I possibly can with everyone around me and with my work in communications," said Sarah Marques '24.
"This semester, I am most excited about taking my physical education boxing class," said Max Hartford '25.
"I am looking forward to teaching my first class at Marist," said Dr. Jacqueline Reich, Dean of the School of Communication and the Arts. "I am teaching race and ethnicity in film and we had a great first class today."
"I'm looking forward to graduating!" said Alyssa Arzeno '24.
"I'm really looking forward to the career events we've planned for students," said Desmond Murray, Associate Director of the Employer Experience.
"What I am most looking forward to this semester is continuing the great work we’re doing here at Center Field covering Marist Athletics and getting to work with all of our writers," said Luke Sassa '25.
Cheers to a new semster Red Foxes!
