Uploading COVID-19 Test Results, August 7, 2020

I know that you are in the two-week period of self-quarantine and hope that it is going well. As the start of the Fall semester approaches, I am writing to remind you about two important components of Marist’s reopening strategy: testing and reporting results.

All students (undergraduate, graduate, and adult students) residing or taking coursework on campus are required to have a PCR COVID-19 test done prior to arrival on campus and to submit the test results through a dedicated secure portal that has been set up by Marist’s local medical partner, MidHudson Regional Hospital. Here’s the information you need to meet that requirement:

  1. Test results must be uploaded using the following link: https://wmchealthnetwork.tfaforms.net/273. Follow the simple directions to report your results to the College. Please note: Unless you are a student quarantining in Conklin Hall, you must use the MidHudson Regional Hospital portal to upload your test results.
  2. If a test comes back positive for COVID-19, DO NOT come to campus. You must contact Marist Health Services at (845) 575-3270 and consult your personal healthcare provider immediately. Anyone who tests positive may not travel to campus until they are cleared by Marist Health Services.

The College recognizes testing options have been limited in some areas. In the event you are unable to obtain a PCR COVID-19 test prior to your arrival on campus, you may indicate this need on the intake form and request to schedule an appointment with MidHudson Regional Hospital prior to your scheduled move-in date.

Thank you for your cooperation in protecting the health and safety of the Marist community. We look forward to seeing you on campus soon.

Sincerely,

Dr. Melissa Schiskie
Director of Health Services
