Timeline

Marist is undergoing a multi-year improvement cycle through the Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE) Faculty Satisfaction process. This timeline reflects the steps to complete the survey and maximize the impact of the results.

Working Group Identified
The Provost's Office identified a working group comprised of faculty and staff to begin planning distribution of the COACHE Survey.
November - December 2023
Team Workshops
Working Group completes strategy workshops.
December 2023
IRB Approval
Team shares the Human Subjects Approval Letter with the IRB and obtains approval.
January 2024
Submit Population
Team submits population file to Harvard for review.
February 2024
Survey Conducted
COACHE survey administered.
February 7, 2024
Faculty Plenary
What is COACHE?  What will be accomplished?  Where are we going?
April 2024
Survey Closes
Data collection ends on April 8, 2024.
March - July 2024
Harvard Analysis
The COACHE Team at Harvard cleans the data, analyzes the results, prepares benchmark data, and creates the report.
August - October 2024
Results
Internal analysis and visualization of the data for the production of results.
October - December 2024
Presentation of Results
Findings and dashboard presented to institutional leadership.  Major findings were made available to the campus community.
