Undergraduate Admission

Dublin Program Campus Life

Dublin is one of the most visited cities in Europe for study abroad students. The history, culture, and beauty attract inquisitive minds from around the globe. Dublin and the country of Ireland is a fabulous place to live, study, and explore.

Students will live in contemporary apartments just south of the River Liffey in central Dublin, fully furnished, in the central location to the university. Apartments are a 15-20 minute walk from campus. Each student will have access to a desk or workspace, storage for clothes, laundry, and fitness facility in the building, 24/7 staffed reception desk, and in-house Student Life Assistant. Students will have kitchenettes and will be responsible for cooking for themselves. There is no meal plan offered for the FDE.

There is also a lot to do in the city and neighboring areas. FDE students will have access to sponsored cultural activities around Ireland and Dublin. Whether it’s attending rugby events, theatre, or local concerts, it is very difficult to be bored in this incredible city.

One of the distinguishing factors of the FDE is the ability to meet Irish students. FDE participants will live and learn with other Irish students. Students will benefit from the unique opportunity to culturally integrate with Irish students, international students, and American students from around the United States.
